From https://help.dalenys.com, click on "Login" at the top right of the page, then click on "Register", enter your first and last name, then your email address and validate with the "Register" button.
Within seconds you will receive an email entitled "Create a password for Dalenys Help Center", which contains a link to determine your login password. (Remember to check your spam if necessary)
Define your connection password and validate.
You are now connected and can create and track your support requests.
